(Frozen) Airline Transport Pilot Licence Course (ATPL)
On successful completion of this course, and clearing the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (UKCAA) theory examinations, the cadet pilot will be awarded with a Malaysian (Frozen) ATPL. A Frozen ATPL is the minimum requirement for flying with a commercial airline.


Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Pass medical examination (Class I) by a DCA approved medical practitioner. Cadet pilots are advised to contact DCA for an up-to-date list of such medical practitioners or they may browse through our online FAQ for the same; and
  • Adequate competency in the English language.



Course Duration
A minimum of six (6) weeks, designed to prepare the candidate for the UK CAA 6 and CAA 2 examinations. This is the next and final step after acquiring a CPL/IR Licence.
