Signing Ceremony for the Cooperation &
Marketing Agreement between Asia Pacific Flight Training & Jeppesen

We are pleased to inform that Asia Pacific Flight Training Sdn Bhd
(APFT) today signed the Cooperation & Marketing Agreement with
Jeppesen Sanderson Inc. (Jeppesen), witnessed by our guest of honour,
Yang Berhormat Mulia Tengku Dato' Seri Azlan Ibni Sultan Abu Bakar,
Deputy Minister of Transport, at Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel, Kuala
Lumpur. Dato' Faruk Othman signed on behalf of APFT, while Mr. Kirk
Quong Sing signed on behalf of Jeppesen.

APFT which is fully accredited tertiary institution by the Department
of Civil Aviation (DCA) Malaysia and specializes in airlines pilot
courses for commercial airlines at its training operations at Sultan
Ismail Petra Airport, Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Currently
APFT has 145 students training to get their professional pilot licence
and the first batch of students graduated last February with their ATPL.
Jeppesen is a subsidiary of Boeing Commercial Aviation Services, a unit
of Boeing USA. The company is the world leading provider of flight
information services, flight planning, operation management and
training services.
Under this Cooperation and Marketing Agreement signed today, APFT will
act as a representative for Jeppesen for the conduct of Aviation English
Course at the company's academy in Kota Bharu, as well as for other
training system of Jeppesen. This course is required for all airline
and helicopter pilots flying on international routes in compliance with
the new regulation of the International Civil Aviation Organisation
(ICAO) which has been endorsed by DCA.
